Transcript Information

To obtain a transcript from the Guidance office, we need the following in writing:

• Your name (maiden name if applicable)

• Your year of graduation

•  Where you want the transcript sent

 The first year after you graduate, this service is free. After that, the cost is $3.00.

Checks should be made out to Ashland High School and can be mailed to 1440 King Road, Attention: Guidance.
